Bike Delivery

We are currently bound by our bike brands to not send bikes, all bike sales need to be click and collect or bought in store this is to ensure you get the very best service from our trained mechanics who will build your bike free of charge and set it up specifically for you to.

Free delivery

We currently offer free delivery for most orders over $200. Please note that for large size items a freight fee may apply. A flat fee of $9.95 is charged for orders under $200. This also applies to gift cards under $200 which are mailed to you. In an effort to promote our online sales, free delivery is only offered to online sales, not in store sales.

Order Times

We always endeavour to have your order ready for collection or dispatched within the next business day. If delays occur, one of our friendly staff will be in touch.

We currently use Australia Post eParcelâ„¢ services for all deliveries. eParcelâ„¢ provides an online tracking tool and signed proof of delivery so you know your order is in safe hands.

International orders

Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping. We only currently deliver within Australia and only accept Australian credit cards or Paypal payments.

Can I order online and pick up in the store?

Yes you can. We currently offer two services: Click & Collect and Click & Layby. Both options offer the convenience of paying for your order online and selecting to pick up from our store at 6/8 Davallia rd Duncaig 6023.


If for any reason your item is not suitable, we are happy for you to return it to us. A refund or exchange can be given provided that all goods are returned in a resalable condition. Please contact us first and notify us of your intent to return so we can organise the best solution for you. You can either return your item at our store or ship it back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Specifications and Suitability

Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. If you are unsure about the specifications and/or suitability of a product, our friendly staff can assist you. All the products available online can also be purchased and fitted in store.

We also encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part and cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified cycle technician.
